Store data via WooCommerce

When you connect your WooCommerce store, we access product catalog data, order information, and customer inquiries through the WooCommerce REST API. We only access data necessary to power your AI support agent.

Customer conversations

We process messages between your customers and the Osie support agent to provide accurate, contextual responses. Conversations are stored to improve response quality and provide you with support analytics.

Usage data

We collect standard usage data such as page views, feature usage, and performance metrics to improve the service.

AI Processing

Osie uses third-party AI models to generate customer support responses. Customer messages and relevant store data are sent to our AI provider for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models. Conversations are processed in real-time and responses are generated based on your store's specific products, policies, and order data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

Data Security

We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
