1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Osie (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Osie is an AI-powered customer support agent for e-commerce stores. The Service integrates with your WooCommerce store to automatically respond to customer inquiries about orders, products, returns, and other support topics.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use the Service to send spam, misleading information, or deceptive content to customers
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to abuse the API
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including store data, product information, and custom policies. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to operate the Service on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
6. Customer Interactions
Osie generates AI responses to your customers based on your store data and policies. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring Osie's responses and escalation rules. We recommend monitoring conversations, especially during initial setup.
7. Billing and Payment
Osie operates on a pay-per-conversation model. Your first 100 conversations are free. After that, billing is based on your selected plan. We will notify you before any charges are applied. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your dashboard.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep Osie available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osie and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
